A visit to the one of the world's best gardens, Kew Gardens will regale you with sights of varieties of flowers in bloom, five million at the last count.  To see the gorgeous displays of blues and yellows and white blooms, head off to the Royal Botanic Gardens.  Let the children have their fun following the bulb trail, visiting the small animal farm and watching craft sessions.  For Easter, children are treated to an exciting Easter egg hunt and gawk at the giant bunnies.

Head off to the different parks in London and hustle the family to museums.  The Eureka Children's Museum and the Science Museum are interesting stopovers if you have children with you.  Eureka offers hands-on exhibits
